Anders Invest has a 100% stake in Bos Machines B.V. from Vianen. The shares have been bought from the 70-year old founder an managing director Maarten Bos. The company is very successful in developing, assembling and selling automated (CNC) wood-processing machines for the window-frame industry. With approximately 30 employees and a profitable turnover of €10 million Bos Machines is market leader in the Netherlands. The order book for the next 2 years is full and among the 400 window-factories many are considering to increase the level of automation.

Bos Machines started in 1985 as a distributor of wood-processing machines and has introduced her own brand BMH in 1990. BMH has grown in the meantime to the only Dutch A-Brand. In 2009 the Windowmaster was introduced, the first completely automated (CNC) machine. In the years after 2009 the company grew strongly, in Belgium as well, the product-portfolio has been extended with several innovations, such as a glueing robot, and the use of RFID chips. Due to this Bos is capable of helping her customers setting up a completely automated 24-hours production. An illustration of the close customer relations can be seen in a video of an application case by following this link

Anders Invest sees growth potential in service, internationalization and similar machine-types. Theo van Stuijvenberg, upcoming partner at Anders Invest, will be managing director (A.I.). Maarten Bos will be advising the company for a period of time.
