Frederik van Beuningen is an economist and member of an entrepreneurial family who stood at the cradle of the Steenkolen Handelsvereniging (SHV) stond. He worked for 8 years as controller in the transfor sector, after which he worked 6 years at the board of an investment company. In 1991 he founded Teslin Capital Management. He was member of the Commission Tabaksblat which created the Dutch corporate governance code and he is member of the supervisory board of some companies.
Herman Spliethoff studied geology, business administration and did an MBA. He has broad experience as managementconsultant, entrepreneur and supervisor. For more than 23 years he is co-owner of the shipping company Spliethoff. He has much experience with investment companies via management functions at QAT Investments and Hervest Participations and a supervisory function at TBL Mirror Fund.
Henk Willem van Dorp studied Installations and did an MBA at Nijenrode University. In 1985 he founded Van Dorp Installaties. At the moment he is still owner and director of this company. It has 14 locations and about 1000 exmployees. Since 2012 he is also member of the board at Verhulst and Waterloo (air conditioning and - processing). He is also chairman of TVVL, a knowledge platform for building-related technology.
